I bring an institutional investment approach to those decisions. With over a decade of experience managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios and complex projects across private equity and fund management in the UK and Europe, I know what thorough financial analysis looks like and what it uncovers.
I hold the MRICS designation in Property Finance and Investment, one of the world's most rigorous professional qualifications awarded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It is a qualification held by relatively few practitioners in Australia, and it reflects the same standard of financial discipline I bring to every client engagement. Alongside this, I hold the CFA Level I, providing deeper grounding in financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets that I apply across all client work.
